Terms & Conditions

Additional Services

I agree to notify One Stop All Cleaning Solutions not less than 48 hours prior to the date of any cleaning services if there are any additional or special cleaning services that I would like for One Stop All Cleaning Solutions to perform. Any such additional or special cleaning services will be subject to the terms of One Stop All Cleaning Solutions's service list & policies.
Payment and Refund Policy
Returned Check Fee: Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, and may incur late payment fees if the issue is not immediately remedied.
Payment for all cleaning services must be made in full on or before the date of service. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, cash, personal check or money order. If payment is not made within 10 days after the date that cleaning services are provided, client agrees to pay One Stop All Cleaning Solutions a late fee equal to 10% per annum of the total amount due and unpaid, and client agrees to pay and/or reimburse One Stop All Cleaning Solutions for any and all costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by One Stop All Cleaning Solutions in attempting to collect such amounts. If I enroll in automatic credit card billing with  One Stop All Cleaning Solutions and thereafter would like to cancel its cleaning services I must send a written request to One Stop All Cleaning Solutions not less than 7 days prior to the next scheduled cleaning.

SERVICE QUALITY GUARANTEE

One Stop All Cleaning Solutions strives to provide outstanding cleaning services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem.
If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge and additionally provide one half hour of cleaning services at no extra charge to compensate for your inconvenience.
If we do not receive notice of a problem within 48 hours of the cleaning, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to correct the problem for you nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.
If you have purchased hourly cleaning, we can only guarantee that a cleaner will stay for the specified amount of time. We may not be able to complete all tasks if time runs short. Therefore, if the problem involves the time needed to complete the cleaning service rather than the quality of the service itself, we can only correct the problem if you purchase additional cleaning time.

Customer Satisfaction

If I cancel any cleaning services before the date they are scheduled to be performed, any payments made in advance of the cleaning services will be credited to my One Stop All Cleaning Solutions account so long as I comply with our cancellation policy set forth below. I should review all cleaning services promptly after such services have been completed. If I do not believe that One Stop All Cleaning Solutions has performed my cleaning services in the manner agreed and I notify One Stop All Cleaning Solutions within 48 hours of that service, One Stop All Cleaning Solutions agrees to return to complete or perform revisions on areas previously serviced only and in case of incomplete cleaning the owner will personally come and clean it for you. One Stop All Cleaning Solutions will not refund any amounts after the related cleaning services have been performed.

Cancellation Policy

I must notify One Stop All Cleaning Solutions of any cancellations at least 48 hours before any scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to any scheduled cleaning will result in client being charged the full cost of that scheduled cleaning.
Minimum Services One Stop All Cleaning Solutions requires a 4-hour minimum for all initial cleanings and a 3-hour minimum for subsequent cleaning services. The time minimum per service applies to each cleaning professional respectively.
 One Stop All Cleaning Solutions Service Professionals
I agree not to employ or engage, or solicit for employment or engagement, any One Stop All Cleaning Solutions cleaning professionals for any cleaning services other than those covered by this Agreement. One Stop All Cleaning Solutions's cleaning professionals are critical to its business, and I understand the damage to One Stop All Cleaning Solutions that could result from failure to comply with this provision.

Limitation of Liability

I agree to notify One Stop All Cleaning Solutions within 48 hours of any cleaning service if I believe any items are lost or damaged during the performance of those services. Additionally, I must notify One Stop All Cleaning Solutions in advance of any cleaning services if any household items or fixtures are broken, fragile, and One Stop All Cleaning Solutions will not be responsible to the client for any loss or damage to such items in connection with its providing cleaning services unless One Stop All Cleaning Solutions is so notified. If One Stop All Cleaning Solutions is requested by the client to clean window blinds, One Stop All Cleaning Solutions will not be responsible for any damage or loss if such blinds are damaged in the cleaning process. In no event will One Stop All Cleaning Solutions be responsible to client for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages, including loss of use, in connection with, or related to the performance of this agreement or the cleaning services hereunder.

Move-In/Move-Out/Post Construction Cleanings:

These are deep cleanings in a house or apartment where there is little or no furniture, or in a home that has had recent construction. These cleanings are done hourly from a list of priorities, typically completed via email.

Client Certifications

By approving this form, the client understands and agrees to the following: I have read the One Stop All Cleaning Solutions service menu online or have submitted a customized order form.   I have read & agree to One Stop All Cleaning Solutions's Payment & Refund Policy and One Stop All Cleaning Solutions's Cancellation Policy.   I have identified to One Stop All Cleaning Solutions any fragile or broken items.  Tipping is greatly appreciated and is typically 15-20% of the regular cleaning price.   Tips in the form of cash can be left in small envelopes with clear instructions along with the cleaning professional(s)' names.   I have agreed to allow One Stop All Cleaning Solutions to use their cleaning products. I will not request that One Stop All Cleaning Solutions cleaning professionals use chemical based products.   One Stop All Cleaning Solutions will only use environmentally friendly supplies (vegetable base, aromatherapy/essential oils products).   One Stop All Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to decline a service based on the nature of the conditions.   I will provide One Stop All Cleaning Solutions with (i) a toilet bowl brush, (ii) mop, (iii) trash/recycle bags, (iv) bucket and (v) broom. I understand that if these items are not provided it may directly affect the quality of One Stop All Cleaning Solutions's work. If One Stop All Cleaning Solutions provides a “Supply Kit” each client agrees to pay a $55 surcharge for service.   Upon arrival at my home/business, One Stop All Cleaning Solutions may need to increase the number of hours needed to complete my project if I have inadequately described or underestimated the square footage, number of floors, etc. One Stop All Cleaning Solutions 's cleaning professionals' schedules are booked based on client's description of the job, and extending service beyond the minimum number of hours might not always be possible. As a result, it is important to be as accurate as possible.   I understand and agree to One Stop All Cleaning Solutions's Cancellation Policy. For cleaning services after the initial service, I will notify One Stop All Cleaning Solutions in advance of any changes to my schedule or cleaning needs (such as additional services). Additional Services include cleaning inside of an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cleaning and organizing closets or cabinets or cleaning windows, etc. These additions may require additional time beyond your regular appointment allotted time.  
Acknowledgments
Each client of One Stop All Cleaning Solutions acknowledges and confirms that they have read and approve the terms and conditions set forth in this client service agreement. The client further confirms its agreement with each applicable item in this section of the Client Service Agreement.
